- Strong work ethic
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsible for maintaining equipment and diagnosing problems.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Must be willing to task train
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have working mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment or be willing to train.
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug/Alcohol Screen
- Ability to pass Random Drug/Alcohol Screens
