Duties
- Measure, cut, and prepare window tinting films to fit various vehicle windows with precision.
- Clean and prep vehicle surfaces thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion of tinting films.
- Install window tint films using hand tools and power tools, ensuring smooth application without bubbles or imperfections.
- Use auto glass and glass installation techniques to handle any related repairs or adjustments needed during the tinting process.
- Perform vehicle inspections to identify additional needs such as auto body repair, detailing, or minor mechanical repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling and disposal of materials.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as light mechanical work or assembly when required, demonstrating versatility in automotive repair.
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or background working with automotive accessories is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto glass installation, or auto body repair is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software will help you excel in this role.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in auto repair or mechanic work supports your ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing during installations is essential.
