Job Functions / Responsibilities
NATURE OF DUTIES
- Performs full range of complex clerical and specialized administrative tasks, requiring knowledge of organization and policies
- Negotiates delivery of expedited materials from suppliers to ensure timely arrival
- Organizes and creates Bill of Material paperwork for shipping and receiving plant material
- Responsible for multiple transactions involving receiving and inventory control.
- Maintains tracking and approval flow for inventory adjustments.
- Provides updates to critical business reports which support daily material operations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Attendance is an essential function of all positions
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must pass test for Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Working knowledge of material expediting
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficiency in EWI preferred
- Ability to work with multiple databases
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to four years of related work experience, preferably possessing two-three years with PACCAR
