Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Clerk role based in Chillicothe, OH. The Administrative Clerk will manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including assisting with daily office operations, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. The position may also involve scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting executives with administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, data entry, and office organization.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support executives with managing schedules and administrative tasks effectively.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications or related education is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage but not required.
