Duties And Responsibilities
Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions and information. High school diploma or the equivalent. Excellent organization and communication skills. Experience in general maintenance work. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
This is a physically demanding position. Employee will climb stairs, climb in and out of vehicles, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach, moving about the dealership facility to communicate with managers, employees and customers. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis. Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and a variety of other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Clean all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, and shelves
- Clean and sanitize telephones and desktops
- Clean reception lobby
- Empty all waste receptacles & replace liners as needed.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Clean, sanitize, polish all vitreous fixtures
- Clean all glass and mirrors
- Refill all dispensers
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize hard floors
- Clean and sanitize all sinks and sink fixtures
- Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas and window seals
- Keep kitchens clean including microwaves and coffee pots
- Once a month clean exterior and interior windows
- Pressure wash building as needed
- Building maintenance as needed (light bulbs, paint touch ups, etc.)
- Keep parking area and landscaping free of debris
- When not cleaning, maintenance person will be back up for other departments as well as running errands for the Service Department.
