Leasing Rental Agent
Summary:
Greet customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, and prepare repair
Orders as needed. Requires the ability to manage high volume customer service and a fast-paced
environment. This position will require a professional level of organization as well as time
management & multi-tasking skills.
Essential Duties
Customer interaction (in-person, email, phone, etc.)
Open/Close Rental Agreements
Daily rentals check in/out.
Inspect/ record vehicle condition at check out and return using industry application.
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Prepares a service tickets in a timely manner.
Writes a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order.
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle details and information.
Refers to service history and inspects the vehicle by taking photos and videos, as necessary.
Manage PacLease social media posts and monitor engagement, assist with monthly parts magazine
ads for PacLease rental department announcements and specials.
Any other advertising engagement/ projects as required by management.
Keeps work area clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Microsoft Excel experience required!
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Analytical person/solution driven.
Solid computer experience including Microsoft office platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Highly organized and must have suitable time management skills.
Attentive to details
Punctual and dependable
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Adaptability/flexibility to change priority as company requires
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The employee will be
required to sit at a desk for extended periods of time. Some lifting (<25 pounds) may be required.
