Job Title: Line Cook (Grill, Sauté, Fry, Expo, Prep, Banquet)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and executing high-quality dishes, ensuring seamless kitchen operation and exceptional dining experiences for our members. You will work closely with the kitchen team, following recipes, maintaining food quality, and adhering to food safety standards. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items according to recipes and guidelines provided.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with high-quality standards and presentation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely food production.
- Monitor and maintain food inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety.
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:Qualifications:
