What will you do
The Communication & Admin Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying employee communications strategies and plans that advance the site’s strategy while helping to embed a thriving culture. This is a key role that helps drive understanding and engagement on our priorities and key initiatives.
This position will also provide executive administrative support to the Site Leader and other members of the Site Leadership Team, supporting primarily calendar management and meeting planning.
Responsibilities
As a Communication Specialist (60%), you will:
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of employee communications mediums (town halls, newsletters, intranet)
- Draft messages from the Site Leader on key topics
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums
- Connect with the regional communications teams on communications strategies and sharing of the site successes externally, as well as corporate communications to the site
- Develop communications metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and audience engagement
- Handle confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment, as necessary.
- Research and recommend enhancements to current communication channels
- As the Site Leader's Executive Assistant (40%), you will:
- Act as a gatekeeper for all communications, meetings, and scheduling
- Coordinate site-wide meetings and other visits, including all scheduling, setup, and data collection
- Manage Site Leader’s calendar and independently schedules appointments.
- Coordinate and plan events that take place throughout the year.
- Acts as Liaison for Regional / Global Visitors in terms of hotel, meeting venue, and logistics support.
- Support other Site Leadership Team members with recruiting coordination, site visit coordination, and other activities as needed.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field or equal work experience considered.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Communications and/or administrative support
Solid Office/Google Suite experience and PC skills
Advanced skillset with PowerPoint
Intermediate skillset with Excel
Proven success in developing employee and stakeholder communications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with DE&I
- Experience with analytics, communications, and effectiveness

Salary : $52,300 - $66,300
