- Knowledge of fundamental skills of swimming.
- Previous swimming and coaching experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Excellent rapport with Middle School students.
- Exhibit strong leadership and good disciplinary skills.
- Knowledge of MHSAA rules and regulations.
