Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Student Support Services and its staff, students, and visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Assist with administrative duties (answering phones, printing/copying, process mail) •Greet visitors and monitor the login process •Assist with promoting SSS via social media •Assist with creating and posting Flyers• help with event set up and clean up • Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and requirements: Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adhere to the confidentiality policy. Must be punctual. Strong customer service skills
