Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Community Engagement and its staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking, and delivering messages • Assist with the planning and executing events and activities for Students, Faculty and Staff • Collaborate with individuals internally and externally from various community organizations. •Assist with formatting and drafting correspondence
Qualification and requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate must have professional and organizational skills. Must have knowledge using Microsoft.
