Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Admission, its staff, students, and visitors. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Provide outstanding customer service •Answering calls and providing general information •Take messages and distribute to proper admission team member •organize and maintain filling • other duties assigned
Qualification and requirements: Must be a full-time undergraduate student. Student must have strong public speaking skills and communicates effectively. Must be passionate for Kentucky State University campus and positively represent KSU culture. Student must be highly motivated and proactive, detail oriented and reliable.
