We are hiring an executive assistant who will be responsible for coordinating all activities of the KLC Executive Board, Board of Directors, and their committees and providing administrative support to the KLC Executive Director/CEO, KLC’s officers, and other members of the KLC Executive Management Team.

Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of administrative and office management practices.
- The ability to coordinate complex activities, manage multiple priorities, and meet fixed and fluctuating deadlines. Ability to understand the regulations and laws governing property and casualty insurance.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to independently plan, prioritize, and execute work with minimal supervision while coordinating the assembly and submission of large volumes of information from multiple sources. Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
