Founded in 1978, the Kentucky Horseshoeing School (KHS) is the premiere farrier education center in North America, producing leaders in the equine industry. Situated on 40 acres in Richmond, Kentucky, our state-of-the-art 23,000 square feet facilities include classrooms, shops, and energy-efficient dormitories. Our curriculum combines anatomy, physiology, and biomechanical training with practical work, reflecting current shoeing methods and materials. KHS is the only independent, nationally accredited farrier school in the USA approved for the Federal Student Loan Program.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, KY for an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for handling all aspects of the admissions process, including engaging with prospective students, processing applications, managing international admissions, and providing excellent customer service. The Admissions Officer will also support the educational goals of the school by coordinating and participating in various recruitment activities.
