Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Kentucky Fried Chicken Managers to lead our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive food service management experience, and a passion for the hospitality industry. As a manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all restaurant activities to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions and reporting.
• Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
• Control inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures and shift reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
• Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency in menu items.
• Lead shift management activities, including scheduling, customer service oversight, and problem resolution.
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members to build a skilled workforce.
• Manage budgeting and cost control efforts to optimize restaurant profitability.
• Coordinate catering, banquet services, or special events as needed to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management roles within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and managing shifts effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and health regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes.
• Hospitality management background including hotel or banquet experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
