- Lead, mentor, and support gymnastics instructors to ensure high-quality coaching and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate class schedules, registration processes, and facility usage to maximize participation and operational efficiency.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among participants.
- Monitor safety protocols rigorously, including proper spotting techniques, equipment maintenance, and behavior management.
- Organize special events such as competitions, showcases, or themed activity days to boost engagement and community involvement.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, progress reports, incident reports, and equipment inspections to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education with a focus on gymnastics or related disciplines.
- Strong background in child development, behavior management, and creating inclusive learning environments.
- Knowledge of safety standards for gymnastics facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Skills in leadership, team coordination, and effective communication with staff, parents, and participants.
- Certifications or experience in Lifeguard training or swimming are advantageous; familiarity with martial arts such as Karate or Judo is a plus.
- Experience working with children in settings like health clubs or gyms is highly desirable.
