Responsibilities
- Safely transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and customer locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and fuel/toll receipts
- Use GPS and onboard technology to track deliveries and updates
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Assist with loading/unloading positioning when required
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license required
- 'Minimum 3 years of CLASS A' commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no recent moving violations
- Strong knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations
- Experience using GPS, electronic logging systems, and related equipment
- Ability to work independently and handle changing road/weather conditions professionally
