*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled General Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks associated with stainless steel tankers and ISO containers.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on tankers, ISO containers, company machinery, chassis and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose problems and make necessary repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Operate various tools and equipment to complete repair tasks
*Requirements*
- Knowledge and awareness of stainless steel tankers, ISO containers, operating air compressors, light boiler maintenance, and various equipment around the business
- Ability to maintain and repair industrial machinery
- Ability to operate a yard truck within private property
- Experience in welding is a plus
- Fluency in English for effective communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
