What are the responsibilities and job description for the Septic & Grease Service Operator position at Kentuckiana Supreme Septic and Grease?
Training Provided – No Septic Experience Necessary
Tired of working hard to make somebody else successful?
What if you could take that same work ethic and use it to build something you could eventually own a piece of?
We own a successful septic and grease trap pumping company and recently expanded into Evansville. We’re looking for one exceptional individual to help operate and grow our business in this market.
We’re not just hiring a driver. We’re looking for a future leader and potential business partner.
Here’s the deal:
You’re going to work hard. You’re going to get dirty. You’ll be pumping septic tanks and grease traps, taking care of customers, helping collect payments, keeping equipment in good shape, and doing whatever else is necessary to keep the business running.
But you’ll also be involved in growing the company, bringing in new customers, improving operations, and helping build a business with real long-term potential.
You don’t need a CDL to apply. You don’t need septic experience. We’ll help train the right person.
What you DO need:
- A tremendous work ethic.
- Honesty, reliability, and personal accountability.
- The drive to work without someone constantly supervising you.
- A willingness to do dirty, physical work.
- A good attitude with customers.
- An interest in business, leadership, and making things happen.
- The desire to earn more responsibility and opportunity based on your results.
What we offer
- Good, competitive pay.
- Training, including assistance obtaining the appropriate CDL.
- The support of established, successful business owners.
- Opportunity to earn performance-based incentives.
- Freedom to take initiative and make a difference.
- Potential equity/ownership for the right long-term person.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who has always wanted to be in business for themselves but hasn’t had the right opportunity.
We’re not concerned about fancy job titles or college degrees. We care about your character, your work ethic, and what you’re capable of building.
If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem and solves it without being asked, we want to hear from you.
Apply today and tell us why you think you’d be the right person to help grow our Evansville operation.
