Are you an experienced dental leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, and creating exceptional patient experiences? We're looking for a Dental Assistant Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy private family dental office in Saginaw, MI

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee daily front and back office operations
• Lead, coach, and support the team to achieve practice goals
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Manage accounts receivable and insurance claims
• Monitor schedules to maximize efficiency and production
• Ensure OSHA and office compliance standards are maintained
• Lead team meetings, daily huddles, and staff development
• Track unscheduled treatment and help improve patient retention
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and office performance
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 3 years of dental office experience (management experience preferred)
• Experience with Open Dental is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing both people and daily operations
• Goal-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently
• Business or healthcare management education is preferred but not required
• Available to work Monday–Friday
