Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to foster a high-performance team environment
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Supervise food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity
- Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, culinary standards, and ensuring timely service during busy periods
