Child Support Enforcement and Collections Specialist
This position works closely with Assistant County Attorneys as well as custodial parents to establish, modify, and enforce child support obligations.
Duties include:
- Drafting and e-filing legal documents
- Communicating with parties in person and by phone.
- Using a statewide database to manage case information.
- Maintaining and managing a caseload.
- Researching and verifying employment.
- Performing detailed financial calculations.
- Processing payments, system adjustments and refunds.
Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical and computer skills
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of custodial and noncustodial parents.
Salary is dependent on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
