Role Description The Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY. This position oversees daily office operations, including managing administrative processes, organizing documentation, and ensuring efficient use of office equipment and supplies. The Office Manager coordinates service schedules, supports leadership and staff with administrative tasks, and maintains orderly records and filing systems. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional customer service, and supporting sales and service teams with accurate information and timely follow-up. The Office Manager must handle all bookkeeping tasks on Quickbooks Online, prepares reports, and helps refine office procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and clients.
- Demonstrated experience in office administration and administrative assistance, including organizing workflows and managing documentation.
- Proficiency in using and maintaining office equipment, as well as common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email).
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office software.
- Solid organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
