Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with prospective students, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate training and career development plans.
- Introduce and promote our training programs and services.
- Identify opportunities for institutional partnerships and expand collaboration projects.
- Develop project plans and work with the team to execute program implementation.
- Evaluate the quality of training programs and propose timely improvements.
- Support students in their career transition, entrepreneurship, or job search.
- Participate in the development of new training programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above (Chinese degrees accepted).
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Passionate about helping others grow and succeed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a related field.
- Background in education, training, or career services.
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales.
- Business-related academic background.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Commission Profit-sharing opportunities
