To support a small office in Libertyville. 20 hours per week with flexible daily schedule for this permanent position. Starting pay is DOE (dependent on experience).
Requirements –
- College graduate preferred who is dependable, professional and able to multi-task.
- Proficiency with Word and Excel.
- Self starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Responsible for all administrative functions, handling insurance enrollment and submissions, travel arrangements, schedules and extensive record keeping.
- Some bookkeeping experience necessary.
