MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (2ND SHIFT)

This role is in charge of overseeing our industrial maintenance program. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and lead a maintenance program that includes electrical and mechanical systems preventative maintenance.
• Setting shift schedules and maintenance assignments.
• Developing maintenance policies and procedures.
• Maintaining and emphasizing ideal plant conditions and standards.
• Supervising maintenance workers and contract employees.
• Direct employees to follow all safety practices set forth by OSHA.
• Direct employees to follow all Food Safety Programs.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults in equipment.
• Repairing equipment mechanical and electrical issues.
• Managing supplies, tools and equipment.
• Interface effectively with external suppliers, customers and etc.
  
  
  

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Preference will be given to applicants with a degree in Industrial Maintenance.
