- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Muscatine, IA
- Report and analyze monthly financial performance with focus on Gross Profit & EBITDA
- Analyze product line margins and profitability to determine optimum product mix
- Compare and analyze actual results with budget and forecasts
- Perform financial budgeting, forecasting, and operational metrics tracking
- Develop and enhance BI reporting
- Analyze and initiate KPIs for the business
- Prepare content for ongoing leadership reviews
- Support process changes/improvements, system implementations
- Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Lead cross functional projects
- Assist with monthly journal entry and financial close process, as needed
- Support senior leadership and complete special projects as needed
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or other related field
- MBA preferred
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience performing a similar role
- Strong financial acumen & analytical skills
- Results oriented, with strong initiative, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong Excel, PivotTable, Data visualization/PowerPoint and Power BI skills
- Occasional travel for plant visits, meetings, company events as well as participating in physical inventories. Up to 10%
