Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a SHRM Certification Prep Instructor. Responsibilities include delivering structured SHRM certification preparation courses to participants, facilitating interactive learning sessions, and creating an engaging virtual classroom environment. The instructor will also support learners in understanding key concepts, answering questions, and preparing for SHRM certification exams through guided discussions, assessments, and resources tailored to the curriculum.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and SHRM Certification standards
- Excellent teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in virtual settings
- Experience in designing instructional strategies and providing exam preparation guidance
- Prior experience with online education platforms and tools is preferred
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation is required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Proven ability to engage learners and deliver results-oriented education
