About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer to join our production team, with opportunities available on a casual basis. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for packing finished products, preparing orders for dispatch, and supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities:
- Filling, sealing and packing finished products
- Conduct visual quality checks and report any defects or issues
- Label and prepare goods for dispatch
- Maintain accurate production and packing records
- Assist with general production and housekeeping duties
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets
About You
- Have previous experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or packing environment (preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and quality
- Be reliable, punctual and have a positive attitude
- Have good attention to detail
- Be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting within safe manual handling guidelines
- Work effectively as part of a team
