PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth across multiple product categories.
- Brand Stewardship: Oversee brand architecture, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency and differentiation across all channels.
- Consumer & Market Insights: Leverage research and analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Innovation & Product Launches: Drive successful product introductions with compelling go-to-market plans and cross-functional alignment.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and strategic investment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams, retailers, influencers, and external agencies to amplify brand reach and impact.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, using data to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
- Sales Enablement & Education: Equip the sales team with tools, messaging, and training to drive success in the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, sales, R&D, and operations to align marketing with enterprise goals and best practices.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in consumer products.
- Proven success in brand strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and product innovation.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for building brands that connect with consumers and deliver results
TRAVEL EXPECTED:
- Varies between 15–40% overnight travel.
