What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Supervisor/Security Division position at Kent Security of New York, Inc?
KS Services is looking for a leader with experience in the security field. Do you have experience as a security supervisor or field supervisor? Willing to represent the company in each of your field visits? Do you have a NYS security license active and a valid driver's license? Available to work evening and overnights on weekends?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality site inspections and supervise day-to-day operations at sites.
- Collection of timesheets and reports as required.
- Engage, supervise and help train security officers.
- Will be responsible for coaching, development, and support of security staff.
- Must maintain a professional attitude with all interactions with clients, employees and security officers.
- Must maintain company vehicle during your tour and submit daily field and vehicle reports
- Investigate incidents and/or customer complaints and compile data for accurate reporting.
- Able to cover an open post as needed.
