Summary
As a Project Manager at Kent Power, you'll help build the infrastructure that powers the future of energy. You own execution from kickoff through closeout—aligning field operations, financial performance, and customer expectations every step of the way.

Essential Function
- Lead project execution through regular coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage client communications and maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and expectations.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including purchase orders, pricing accuracy, and delivery timelines.
- Manage subcontractor relationships, including procurement, negotiation, and performance oversight.
- Maintain responsibility for project financials, including cost tracking, billing, cash flow, and ETC accuracy.
- Participate in projects from bid phase through closeout, ensuring required documentation is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Develop and manage annual project budgets, plan across multiple fiscal years, and report financial performance to leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management to support organizational strategy and departmental objectives.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team on vendor negotiations and cost controls.
- Review and improve project management processes to support efficient system control and execution.
- Support the training and development of project managers, including onboarding of new hires.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Three or more years of project management experience, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- PMP certification preferred but not required.
- Utility construction experience strongly preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage, and execute work across competing projects.
