Recruiter Job Description:
Job Summary: Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for the organization. **Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish**
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
· Collaborates with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
· Posts jobs online and assists advertisement processes.
· Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
· Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
· Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
· Collaborates with the HR Director to complete the onboarding process, including form completion, orientation, and other required documentation.
· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
· Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
· Spanish interpreter for Benefits and other HR needs.
· Performs other HR duties including but not limited to:
o Payroll needs
o Employee benefit needs
o Employee inquiries
Qualifications:
· Proficient Spanish Language and speaking skills required.
· BS degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience preferred.
· At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
· Prior experience with data entry, administration, and computer skills is required.
· Advanced training or certification in HR preferred.
· Good written and verbal communications skills.
· Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Open Office & Power Point.
· Ability to handle stressful situations when they arise and make sound judgment.
· Exceptional attendance.
