At KENT Worldwide™, we’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable analytical products, support the execution of a federated data governance program, and contribute to building a corporate Analytics Center of Excellence. You’ll empower stakeholders with data-driven tools and dashboards, helping shape a smarter, more connected future through innovative analytics and enterprise-wide collaboration.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business domain owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and build scalable, reusable data models that support reporting and analytics needs.
- Ensure data models follow established best practices for performance, maintainability, and usability.
- Package data models and reports into well-documented and discoverable analytical products.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across analytical products.
- Stay current with emerging data analytics tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, models, and reporting processes.
- Establish, support and promote a federated data architecture framework.
- Contribute to the development and sustainability of an Analytics Center of Excellence to prioritize and monitor analytical initiatives.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Data Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and data analytics skills and experience considered.
- 5 years’ experience in business intelligence and/or analytics.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- Proficiency with DAX and Power BI semantic models.
- Proficiency with Power BI.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with federated analytics architecture and analytical product development.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing processes a plus.
- Experience with AX2012 or D365 F&O a plus.
TRAVEL EXPECTED:
- Requires the ability and willingness to travel as needed to various KENT locations.
