Kent Family Dental Care located in Grand Rapids Michigan near I-96 and Alpine Ave. is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill our open Registered Dental Hygienist position. The perfect candidate would be one who is passionate about oral health and general health so they may be a role model to patients and help them modify their behaviors to focus on preventative maintenance to avoid disease in the future.

Schedule: 8 – 32 hours per week (part-time or full-time position available)

Duties:
- Conduct prophylaxis, scaling and root planing procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Taking digital x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Perform periodontal charting
- Administer local anesthetic under dentist’s supervision
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
