Job Description
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for law firm clients.
- Craft candidate presentation emails, schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and negotiate offers and bill rates.
- Conduct reference checks, background verification, and support onboarding follow-up.
- Write clear and engaging job descriptions and outreach messaging.
- Engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and direct messaging.
- Proofread resumes and maintain accurate records in HRIS/ATS systems.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
- At least three years of recruiting experience.
- Understanding of legal terminology is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent deductive reasoning and decision-making abilities.
