KENT® Precision Foods Group (KPFG), a member of KENT Worldwide™ is seeking a Production Clerk to support production operations for our Consumer Brands portfolio. This position provides administrative support for production to ensure efficient operations of the plant.
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Columbus, MS
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain TPU charts and reports.
- Update AX schedule with Master Schedule provided by production planner.
- Update Master Schedule with batch number information for FG and SFG orders.
- Approved planned orders for production planner to firm.
- Release batch orders
- Print Batch orders for picking
- Input location cleanup after each batch
- Review and close of every batch order off the production line.
- Maintain a good attendance record
- Adhere to all safety practices as set forth by OSHA.
- Adhere to the HACCP Food Defense plan.
- Adhere to the Good Manufacture practice as set in KPFG GMP Plan.
- Assist in production scheduling
- Responsible for Route card entry
- Assist in Forecast Scheduling
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience in production administration preferred
- Experience with Microsoft AX, Microsoft Office, and other related systems required
