PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage internal resources, and conduct store visits to gather insights that support product development and innovation.
- Analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform product strategy and consumer messaging.
- Track and evaluate WellJoy product performance, helping identify opportunities to strengthen brand growth and sales.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by analyzing and optimizing product listings and monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
- Assist in developing recommendations and action plans to improve product performance and drive business results.
- Partner with advertising agencies to support brand media planning and marketing initiatives.
- Help create content and materials for pet industry expos, retailer meetings, and other key brand events.
- Support the product development process by contributing to projects that bring new and innovative pet care products to market.
EDUCATION:
- Working toward a degree in Marketing, Marketing Research or Business with Marketing focus
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of key marketing principles – completion of a minimum of two marketing related classes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with conducting competitive analyses
- Comfortable working independently when needed
