Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative located in Oceanside, CA. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and supporting the business development and sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, setting up appointments, qualifying potential customers, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.

This is a commission-driven role designed to reward performance. Sales Development Representatives at Kensington Sterling earn an uncapped commission, with a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, and top performers capable of exceeding $100,000 through accelerators and bonuses.
Our tiered commission structure ensures that effort and success are directly tied to earning potential.
Typical commission rates range from 6% to 20% based on contract size and deal quality, with higher percentages paid for larger or recurring client accounts. Representatives who exceed quota gain access to quarterly accelerator bonuses and ongoing performance incentives.
This is a commission-only position. No base salary or hourly wage is provided. Earnings are entirely performance-based and paid as a percentage of closed contracts. Candidates should be motivated by high-earning potential and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
