To be considered for a position, applicants must:
- Have experience with children under 5 years old
- Love being with young children
- Have open availability to work a Full-Time schedule, Monday through Friday. This is a 12 month ongoing position.
- Meet DCFS position requirements
- Must have experience in an early childhood classroom and/or completed coursework in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Lead Teachers earn an hourly rate of $21 to $23.
Teacher Assistants an hourly rate of $18.
Full-time 40 hour employees have an opportunity to earn an end of year Successful Completion Bonus based on attendance and hours worked.
