Position Overview

We’re seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team as Remote Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are goal-oriented and ready to grow in a performance-based environment. No prior experience is necessary, we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to set you up for success.

In this position, you’ll connect with interested clients, present tailored financial solutions, and develop meaningful, long-term relationships, all within a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual meetings to assess client needs and goals
• Present personalized solutions, including life and health coverage options
• Offer Life Insurance, IUL, and Annuities that truly benefit your clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads - no cold outreach required
• Engage with mentors and team members to enhance your skills
• Deliver excellent service and maintain client relationships over time

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with a desire to achieve high income potential
• Open to coaching and continuous learning
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
