The primary role of the Guest Services Lead is to equip and care for the guest services volunteer team of the Traverse City campus.
This position exists to create a sense of well-being and joy across our guest services volunteer teams, and to fill our lobby with energy and clarity for guests and their next steps.
Salary : $35,752 - $47,270
