Seasonal Buildings & Grounds

Job Summary

We are searching for one individual to be part of our onsite crew from Mid-May through Labor Day They would be available for 40 hours of work per week with a pay range from $16.50-$20.00 depending on location. A Buildings & Grounds person at Kenrick will relate well to the Superintendent and current onsite staff, follow through to complete assigned tasked, navigate challenges to achieve goals, be considerate of residents, and ALWAYS maintain a safe work environment. We understand if schooling demands may shorten the work season.

The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment is necessary. We are looking for a motivated individual, who is dependable and has reliable transportation.

Job Functions

• Power washing
• Painting
• Weeding
• Soil and Seeing
• Grounds pick-ups
• Other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent
  
  

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
