Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in Grand Forks, ND. The Superintendent will manage daily field operations, overseeing construction activities to ensure timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting site inspections, troubleshooting project challenges, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Construction management experience, including site supervision and crew coordination
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations in construction
- Proficiency in problem-solving and mitigating on-site challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with walls, ceilings, cladding systems, or similar construction services is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as OSHA safety training, are advantageous
- Bilingual (Spanish)
