Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs, develop proactive recruiting strategies, and design creative approaches to attract top talent in construction, manufacturing, and design.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain ongoing pipelines for critical roles — including Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, Fabricators, and Engineers — ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

Employer Branding: Enhance Kenpat’s visibility as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns, digital content, and community partnerships that highlight our people, projects, and values.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage every stage of the recruitment process — from job requisition to offer — ensuring consistency, fairness, and a best-in-class candidate experience.

Partnership & Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on interview techniques, market trends, and data-driven hiring decisions.

Data & Metrics: Track and analyze recruiting performance metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to drive process improvements and accountability.

Technology Optimization: Leverage tools such as Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms to streamline recruiting workflows and enhance candidate reach.

Diversity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive recruiting practices that ensure equitable access and representation across all levels of the organization.
- Talent Engagement: Stay connected with past applicants and high-potential candidates through consistent relationship management and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or technical industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruiting strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficient in ATS/HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus).
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
