Service Technician
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and keep our customers’ vehicles running at peak performance. Compensation & Schedule
- Annual earning potential: $100,000 per year
- Benefits include: Retirement plan, health insurance, PTO (eligible after 90 days)
- Schedule: 8-hour workdays
- Saturday rotation: Approximately 1 Saturday per month
- Flexible scheduling: 2 schedule options available
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
- Complete repair orders thoroughly, documenting parts used and labor accurately
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and dealership standards
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
- Support and mentor apprentice technicians when needed
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Seeking a seasoned Nissan technician, preferably Nissan certified (or willing to complete required online and hands-on manufacturer training to become certified)
- ASE certification is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience as an A-level technician
- Dealer experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders efficiently
- Own a set of personal hand tools (specialty tools provided by dealership)
