Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician to join our team and keep our customers’ vehicles running at peak performance. Compensation & Schedule

• Annual earning potential: $100,000 per year
• Benefits include: Retirement plan, health insurance, PTO (eligible after 90 days)
• Schedule: 8-hour workdays
• Saturday rotation: Approximately 1 Saturday per month
• Flexible scheduling: 2 schedule options available

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
• Complete repair orders thoroughly, documenting parts used and labor accurately
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and repair needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and dealership standards
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
• Support and mentor apprentice technicians when needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Seeking a seasoned Nissan technician, preferably Nissan certified (or willing to complete required online and hands-on manufacturer training to become certified)
• ASE certification is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience as an A-level technician
• Dealer experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders efficiently
• Own a set of personal hand tools (specialty tools provided by dealership)
