Our busy, client centered veterinary hospital is looking for a part time receptionist who is warm, organized, and energetic to serve our clients with a smile! In this ever changing world of medicine, it is essential that you are able to treat each client and patient professionally as you help guide them through the process of scheduling appointments, being admitted for appointments, and processing payments
Duties:
Assisting clients via phone, email, text, and in person to schedule appointments, arrange medication refills, and answer or find answers to any questions our clients may have. Organizing information to forward (via email or fax) to specialists, pharmacies, and other facilities. Provide a clean and tidy waiting area. Work with your team members to provide top notch service to our clients
Requirements:
Must Love Animals and have Saturday morning availability.
Shifts are:
7:30-6:00p.m. Monday -Friday
7:30-12:30p.m. Saturdays.
Schedule consists of 3.5 full days during the week and Saturday mornings.
Must be available to work Saturdays.
We require a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service to be considered for this position
