About the Role

You'll own a diverse caseload and pivot seamlessly between litigation and transactional work—all with the complex caseload you'd typically find at a much larger firm.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the discovery process, including document production and redaction
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
• Manage and organize case files
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, witnesses, and experts
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial, including in-court support
• Track court deadlines and e-file in state and federal courts
• Assist with entity formation and filings, closing checklists, and contract templates
• Conduct research and due diligence

What We're Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies
• 5 years of substantive paralegal experience, ideally at a small or midsize firm
• Familiarity with e-filing systems, Microsoft Office, and legal software (Clio, Relativity, Westlaw)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and strong organization
