We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead daily operations and support business growth in a fast-paced insurance office. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Manage and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight.
- Assist with client services, policy processing, renewals, claims support, and account management as needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure proper documentation for insurance transactions.
- Handle general administrative duties such as billing, record keeping, and vendor coordination.
- Support sales initiatives, customer retention efforts, and office marketing activities.
- Serve as the main liaison between management, staff, and clients to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Active insurance licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health (required).
- Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and policy servicing.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
