Internet Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all internet leads, phone calls and online inquiries using CRM.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles and pricing.
- Set and confirm appointments for showroom visits or test drives.
- Follow up with potential customer via email, phone, and text to nurture leads and maintain relationships.
- Work closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-person sale.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, current promotions, and manufacturer programs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals.
Salesperson Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their selections while demonstrating new and used vehicles
- Determine the needs of the customer by listening and asking questions
- Perform product presentation with customer and demonstrate features of suitable automobiles
- Effectively present offers to customers and effectively complete daily follow up
- Product delivery – Ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or related customer service/sales role preferred.
- Three years driving experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM systems, email communication, and online sales tools.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check and MVR
